When we think of ties, the image of a perfectly knotted tie around a man's neck often comes to mind. But have you ever wondered about the history and craftsmanship behind these elegant accessories? Recently we had the privilege of visiting our tie factory, a place where skilled women gather to create these little works of art. our visit opened our eyes to the care and passion required to produce a high quality tie.
The factory is a place where tradition meets modernity. We were greeted by a group of women who each had their own specialized responsibilities in the tie making process.
Fabric selection and cutting: The first step is the selection of fabric and cutting according to the pattern. It is important to choose high-quality fabrics that become the soft and luxurious ties. The cutting is an art in itself. It requires precision and care to ensure that each piece is exactly the right size and shape.
Sewing and Quality Control: The sewing department is where the true masters emerge. Here, the women sew the pieces of fabric together with expertise and precision. In the different stations, they work with small details, one woman sews together the pointed shape at the bottom of the tie, another uses a machine to attach the filling, then the tie is turned from the wrong side to the right side with a special machine. In one station, the logo and holder are sewn on, and in one station the tie is pressed to its correct shape. Everything to give the tie a neat and finished look. Quality control is an ongoing process, where each tie is carefully inspected at each stage to ensure it meets the high standards set by us and the factory.
Packaging and Distribution: After the ties are finished and have passed quality control, it's time for packaging and pricing. They are then shipped to us.
The visit to the tie factory was a reminder of the craftsmanship and skill behind each tie. It is a process that requires collaboration, accuracy and passion. Here, in this picturesque factory, tradition and modernity meet in perfect harmony, and it is the skill and dedication of the women that make each tie a unique artistic creation. So the next time you tie your tie or give one as a gift, think of the women who work together to create this timeless accessory.
