In that case, perhaps your meaning of Take No Shit would instead be "take no shit from yourself". Because thoughts are just that, thoughts. So tell those condescending thoughts to shut up and focus instead on all the nice and good things you do. It's actually that easy, but of course it takes practice, because the thoughts come back and you have to say it again and again and again. But the point I want to make is that you will notice a big difference in your well-being when you come to terms with yourself and when you stop letting your condescending thoughts take over you.
