Give yourself a love ritual

When the days are filled with worry, illness and fear, it is easy to forget yourself. I would therefore like to encourage you to give yourself some personal time. Take a bath, go for a walk, drink a cup of coffee or tea in peace and quiet. Or why not make a love ritual for yourself? With the help of rose quartz , sage and a grind of strawberry quartz and rhodonite, you can create a magical feeling where you strengthen yourself and your own value to yourself.
Start by cleansing the room and your crystals using the sage bundle. Open a window to get the bad energy out. Sit comfortably with the crystals in front of you and your mala in hand. Set an intention around the meditation where you give yourself love. For example. "I'm fine the way I am", "I love all parts of myself", "I'm good and I'm fine" or anything else that feels right for you. Take a few deep breaths to get in touch with your inner self, then repeat your affirmation, preferably out loud, until you feel calmness and well-being spread throughout your body. You will feel that your body is filled with love for yourself. You deserve all the love in the world. And especially the love from yourself.
